Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel or delete your Gratero account, you can submit a formal request for account cancellation. Once your request is received:
- A final invoice will be generated to settle any outstanding charges.
- Refunds for any remaining balance in your Gratero wallet will be processed and credited back to your account within 45 days, subject to the clearance of all unpaid invoices.
- Refund processing will only commence after all outstanding invoices have been settled.
In the event of any suspicious or fraudulent activities, Gratero reserves the right to:
- Hold COD remittance, wallet balance, and payments until the matter is fully investigated and resolved.
By proceeding with account cancellation, you agree to these terms and the outlined process.
